Richard M. Palmer, M.D.

Dr. Palmer practices as both an ophthalmologist and corneal specialist. He is fellowship trained in Cornea, Refractive Surgery, and External Ocular Disease. He also completed an additional two-year educational fellowship specializing in laser vision correction, refractive surgery, external eye disease, and corneal physiology and transplantation.
