Matthew S. Baltz, MD

Dr. Matthew Baltz received his M.D. from the University of Connecticut Medical School. He also completed a one year fellowship in sports medicine at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. Dr. Baltz also previously served as an assistant team physician for the Boston Celtics and Northeastern University from 1998 to 1999.
