Refuge Radio

Refuge Radio, originally WNCB, was founded in 1981 as an outreach to youth and young adults in the city of Duluth. Many prayers, and many hands helped bring them from a small station in a basement to a network reaching thousands of listeners across 4 states. Over thirty years later, they are still dedicated to bringing good music and faithful encouragement to their community.
