Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy

Massachusetts Taekwondo Academy is a locally owned and operated martial arts training center in East Longmeadow that teaches Taekwondo principles to overcome obstacles using the body, but more importantly the mind and the spirit. Their Taekwondo programs prepare their students for success in school and in life by teaching respect, honesty, humility, and perseverance while increasing self-confidence, concentration and self-control.
