At Marigold Cafe and Bakery,Chef Dominique and Elaine have developed a French Bistro inspired menu that has always been at the front of the Colorado Springs Restaurant scene.In 1984 Elaine and Dominique were married. They settled on being close to Elaine’s father in Colorado Springs and they opened the small restaurant on Centennial Blvd, Marigold.
