Dr. Nisha Tamhankar, DMD

Dr. Nisha Tamhankar, known affectionately to her patients as “Dr. Nisha,” attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduating dental school in 2013, she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the dental honor society. Following dental school, Dr. Nisha served as Chief Resident at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where she received training in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry. During that time, Dr. Nisha also moonlighted in a pediatric dental practice. She is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Greater Washington D.C. Implantology Study Club. Additionally, Dr. Nisha is a certified Invilsalign provider.
