Dr. Mengesha has enjoyed serving the neurological needs of patients in the Huntsville area since 2007. Prior to opening Tennessee Valley Neurological Associates PC in August of 2017, Dr. Mengesha worked with Huntsville Hospital Neurological Associates. He looks forward to continuing to serve Madison County and the greater Tennessee Valley. He still keeps full privileges at Huntsville Hospital.
