For more than 30 years, the Acadian Bakery has been well-known to locals for its number one selling product, the Cajun Sweetdough Tart, also known as the Cajun Pie. Acadian Bakery, Inc. was established in 1980 by William Anderson and his wife, Margaret Prejean Anderson of Lafayette, Louisiana.
