Shaymala Kumar, MD

Dr. Kumar graduated from the Siddhartha Medical College, NTR University of Health Science in Andhra Pradesh, India in 1992. She then completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at the Jersey Shore Medical Center and proceeded to her General Neurology Residency at Barrow Neurological Institute. She has carried an Arizona State Medical License since 2000 and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition to her General Neurology training, she has experience in Neurophysiology. Currently, she is affiliated with several hospitals including Arrowhead Hospital, Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, and Phoenix Baptist Hospital. She treats a variety of Neurological conditions.
