Mad Mac

The Mad Mac products are popular for having been already featured in the New York Times, Food and Wine Magazine, as well as Gourmet magazine. Mad Mac was founded in 2006 by acclaimed Pastry Chefs Florian Bellanger and Ludovic Augendre. They have been specializing in French Macarons cookies and Madeleines since then.
