Stephen F. Penny, MD

Dr. Penny graduated from Jefferson Medical College and completed his internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and his residency at the National Naval Medical Center-Bethesda, MD. He completed a fellowship in neuromuscular disease at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, NC in 1994 and joined CNMRI shortly thereafter. He specializes in EMG and neuromuscular disorders. He is a current member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the Delaware Medical Society.
