Richard Adam Fischer, MD

Dr. Fischer, received his medical training at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, each in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Fischer completed medical residencies in Pediatrics at Yale – New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Ct. and in Adult Neurology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He also completed a fellowship in Child Neurology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA.  Dr. Fischer joined Christiana Care Health System in 1984, where he is now Attending Neurologist, Section of Neurology and Attending, Department of Pediatrics. He holds three board certifications in adult and child Neurology, pediatrics, and electrodiagnostic medicine is a board-certified neurologist and holds current medical licensures in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
