Dr. Mark Mu-Quan Lin, MD

Board-certified in neurology, Dr. Lin serves as Director of Movement Disorders at MedStar Washington Hospital Center. His background in immunology is influential to his research and making advances in patient care. Dr. Lin is highly regarded in the treatment and research of management for movement disorders with special expertise in the programming of deep brain stimulators for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, other types of tremor, and dystonia. He is also considered highly skilled in the use of botulinum therapy for the treatment of movement disorders including the selection of the proper muscle for injection of the diluted toxin for maximal therapeutic benefit.
