Robert A. Felberg, MD

Dr. Felberg is medical director of Atlantic Health System’s Comprehensive Stroke Center, which is part of Overlook Medical Center’s Atlantic Neuroscience Institute. With more than 25 years of experience treating stroke patients and central nervous system disorders – along with accomplishments that include establishing a hospitalist program, telemedicine services, a gold-standard stroke center and extensive participation in clinical trials – Dr. Felberg brings diverse and high-level expertise to patients with complex neurologic conditions. Dr. Felberg diagnoses and manages a diverse range of patient conditions, always using conservative, non-surgical options when appropriate and surgical intervention when necessary. He is board-certified in psychiatry and neurology with fellowship training in cerebrovascular neurology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
