Stephen E. Pascarella, II, CPA

Stephen E. Pascarella was previously the chairman of the Rhode Island State Board of Accountancy and the director to the National State Board of Accountancy as well. He is also well known for being the recipient of The Small Business Administration’s Advocate of the Year Award in 1984.
