Mohammad Assaf, M.D.

Dr. Assaf earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery in 1982 from Jordan University in Amman, Jordan. He then completed internship, residencies and had a short private practice in Jerusalem. In 1988 Dr. Assaf moved to the United States to Cleveland, Ohio. He completed an internship and residency at Cleveland Clinic in 1992. Dr. Assaf moved to Memphis, TN and completed a Stroke and a Neurophysiology Fellowship specializing in EEG & EMG/NCS at the University of TN in 1994. In 1995 Dr. Assaf began his private practice, Neurology Outreach Clinics. Dr. Assaf has been the Medical Rehab Director at Saint Francis Hospital and is currently the Medical Stroke Director for St. Francis Memphis & Bartlett.
