Carl D. Harper

Carl Harper’s areas of specialization currently includes Federal and New Mexico taxation for partnerships, S Corporations, and limited liability companies. He was the Board Secretary and Member of the Rio Rancho Public Schools Board and he is also a member of the Tax Committee of the New Mexico Society of CPAs.
