Southern Management Corporation was formed in July 1986 and began actively acquiring properties in March 1987. Since that time, Southern Management Corporation has aggressively pursued and obtained the management of over 500 units ranging from single residential properties, elderly complexes, multifamily properties, and properties under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. SMC’s expertise and experience can provide management services from construction through final leasing and day-to-day management. All employees are required to complete intensive training sessions yearly to ensure that state of the art management services are provided.
