He is a Certified Forensic Accountant who is in charge of the Loch, Elsenbaumer, Newton & Co. firm’s real estate, construction and litigation support. Bruce Loch is known for being one of the first accountants in the United States to pass the Certified Forensic Accounting exam offered by the American College of Forensic Examiners.
