Inca Mexican Restaurant is a very small franchise with three locations in Washington State and one location in Fort Collins – on south College near Whole Foods and Larkburger. You will be greatly loved. The food and their chips and salsa are amazing. It also has grilled chicken, grilled sausage, grilled steak, sauteed mushrooms, sauteed shrimp, grilled green onion, grilled cactus, rice, beans, and grilled poblano peppers; enough food for two people.
