Since 1990 they have been offering Seattle innovative Southwestern, Mexican and Spanish cuisine from their humble Madison Park restaurant, Cactus. Home to Seattle’s first tapas bar, they continue to innovate with seasonal menus, nightly specials and fresh cocktails.
