Juan’s Flying Burrito

They made their food to order and finished their flavors a la minute on the grill. Supported by many of the local artisans and business people alike, they begin to evolve into the world’s first Creole Taqueria. As more people began to understand their dedication to local food culture and value pricing, they realized that they would have to expand in order to serve up their unique take on Mexican to as many New Orleanians as possible, so they opened Mid-City Juan’s in July of 2002.
