IC (99.3 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a classic hits format. Licensed to Topeka, Kansas, USA, the station is currently owned by Cumulus Media. KWIC first appeared in the FCC database as KESC in 1992. KWIC itself went on the air in April 1994 with a format that included satellite-fed Adult Contemporary, and talk shows.
