Cynthia Bliss, MD, FAAP

Dr. Cynthia Bliss previously practiced in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Strong Memorial Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital but she is currently part of the Coastal Waterman Pediatrics team. Dr. Bliss is a graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine.
