Blaine Tolby, MD, PhD

Dr. Blaine Tolb is well-known for being the recipient of the “Governor’s Volunteer of the Year” award from the Washington state governor in 1991. He completed his MD degree from the Oregon Health and Science University and his Pediatric Residency at the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Oregon Health and Science.
