They are licensed with Orem City, Utah State Department of Commerce and the Division of Real Estate, as well as a member of the Utah County Board of Realtors. They are also a licensed Real Estate Brokerage. They collect all rents and other fees owed. All monies are deposited into a Property Management Trust Account. From these fees they can pay all authorized bills.
