Three Sons Property Management is a full time, full service property management company. They have been hands on since 2003 and are experienced in the detailed daily activities that it takes to manage properties. They have an on-line tenant software program to collect and track rents, they issue notices for non payment and they follow-up by going to court and evicting nonpaying tenants or collecting. They provide monthly owner reports within a 30-day cycle, which include all rent collected, expense with invoices and receipt.
