Buying a Previously Owned Home is Less Expensive

Building a New Home is Bad for the Environment.
This myth stems from the idea that we should continue living in existing structures and stop building new ones to live in. It also claims that the energy that goes into building a new home is wasteful when there are already homes available. Definitely a myth! New homes are being built to be more efficient with resources than older homes. This means that the materials that go into building a home, the appliances that run inside of it, and the resources the house requires to function, are generally better for the environment. The latest trend in building is "green," which means new homes are made to be better for the environment.
New Homes are Small
This myth probably came from the concurrent popularity of micro housing and minimalist small houses. Truly, there are a lot of new houses that have smaller square footage with maximized interior space these days. However, there are also a lot of plenty more new homes that have plenty of space and offer enough storage. Just establish a good relationship with your builder and he will build your home the way you want it.
