Alison Sower

Alison attended school in Tempe Arizona at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. She received 800+ hours of training including beginning her Clinical Internship in October of that year. My training consisted of classes in Anatomy/Physiology, Cadaver Lab, and Pathology, as well as Certification for First Aid and CPR. She was taught both Eastern and Western massage modalities Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Acupressure, Cranial Sacral, Injury, Sports massage and stretching, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Russian, Hydrotherapy, as well as training in Structural Bodywork, Movement and Assessment Techniques.
