Allen joined the family firm in 1983 as a licensed Independent Insurance Agent. He fully understands and applies the concepts of risk elimination, reduction, transfer and assumption to solve client problems. His forensic approach to risk mitigation and claims management give him a multi-faceted overview and control perspective. He has a strong background in general management, carrier and client relations within the industry with an emphasis on property risks. Over his 30 year career, he has managed books of business with an annual premium in excess of $3 million.
