Ashley Bugg Brown

Owner and operator, Ashley, is a state licensed massage therapist, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB), and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She holds certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Techniques, Prenatal Massage and much more. With her extensive bodywork training and in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, Ashley is able to recognize and address musculoskeletal and neuromuscular dysfunctions. She combines techniques from various modalities to address issues of chronic tension, stress reduction and pain management with her clients.
