Billy P. Lynn, M.D.

Dr. Billy Lynn completed a six year internship and residency training in General Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia. He then served as an assistant professor of surgery at the VA Medical Center. Dr. Lynn completed two years of training as a resident in Plastic Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia in 1990.
