Billottiz re-opened in 2015 with an expanded menu. While keeping with their traditions of extra-cheesy Chicago-style pizza they have added a plethora of unique fresh appetizers, salads, burgers, and pastas. They are now featuring also a full drink menu, a selection of 23 beers on tap and classic ice cream drinks. Bilottiz has been a Rochester area staple in the industry and is making a comeback with an all new ambiance that is totally unique, created by local artisans.
