Bradley S. Jacobs, MD

Dr. Jacobs is a graduate of Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus. Dr. Jacobs also received a master’s degree in epidemiology at Columbia University School of Public Health in New York. He competed a neurology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, N.Y., and a fellowship in stroke and neuroepidemiology at the Neurological Institute, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Jacobs is board certified in vascular neurology. Dr. Jacobs is a part of Premier Health’s award-winning Stroke team.
