Bread Poets

Fourteen years ago, Bread Poets was a relatively new and exciting concept to the Bismarck-Mandan area. Today they are a staple in the community. Bread Poets is a unique retail bakery specializing in fresh, stone-ground whole wheat bread products. The wheat is milled daily in their bakery to provide the freshest bread possible. Each loaf is finished by hand, the old-fashioned way, for a bread experience that is truly out of this world.
