Brickhouse serves USDA Prime Steaks, the highest grade of Beef produced in the United States. While only about 2% of Beef is graded Prime, just a fraction of that is also naturally raised and Hormone free. All Steaks are Custom aged a minimum of 35 days, and is hand cut by their Chef to their exacting standards.
