Bridge Pizza’s pizzas are a labor of love. They make the dough each day in the wee hours of the morning. After a long slow rise, each pizza is expertly hand-tossed and topped with a blend of mozzarella, Romano, Parmesan and provolone then carefully cooked in their 600 degree stone-deck oven.
