Brock K. Bakewell, MD, FACS

Brock K Bakewell, MD graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington and Jefferson College. Dr. Bakewell specializes in small-incision refractive cataract surgery utilizing monofocal, toric, multifocal and accommodative lens implants in addition to the femtosecond laser. One of his areas of interest is challenging cataract surgery for ectopia lentis and trauma, and repairing subluxed and dislocated lens implants. Dr. Bakewell also specializes in refractive surgery. He has been performing LASIK and advanced surface ablation refractive surgery since 1997. He performed the first ICL (implantable Collamer Lens) for myopia in Southern Arizona in 2006.
