Bruce has over 25 years of public accounting and tax experience, including preparation and review of individual, partnership, corporation, fiduciary, and employee benefit plan income tax returns. During his career, Bruce has been involved with handling regulatory agency audits and tax returns of many different types of entities. Bruce is an expert in structuring entities to minimize income taxes, tax situation planning, and tax minimization strategies as well as pension and benefit planning. Areas of specialization include tax matters relating to corporate income tax, individual taxation, employee benefit plans, and partnership taxation. Bruce is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA).
