Cadillac Ranch Great All-American Bar and grill was founded in February of 2009 and offers an eclectic mix of great food, great service, and a fun and entertaining experience. They feature a made from scratch menu with a wide variety of steaks, burgers, seafood, pasta, salads and outstanding flatbreads. Cadillac Ranch creates a fun, comfortably social atmosphere, delivers great service and well mixed drinks along with a large selection of beers including some from their own Granite City Food & Brewery.
