Carla J. Dowell, CPA joined Riney Hancock CPAs PSC in 1996. Prior to joining the firm, she spent seven years in public accounting with a large regional CPA firm in Evansville, Indiana. Carla is Manager of the Accounting and Auditing department. She has a strong background in both audit and tax with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Her expertise is audit, review and compilation of Financial Statements with specialization in non-profit and governmental organizations, retirement plans.
