Carol Smith, CPA

Carol received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in 1991. Over the years, she has been involved with many different aspects of public accounting ranging from income tax planning and preparation, to audit and attest services, to investigating matters involving fraud and embezzlement. Carol has spent much of her time assisting clients in various industries such as service related industries (medical practices and law firms), agriculture companies, automobile dealerships, and real estate management and development companies. Carol is also familiar with the Internal Revenue Services’ intricate foreign tax filing requirements related to international operations and businesses, as well as for individuals who hold assets outside of the United States.
