Centro was designed with freshness, love, art, and authenticity in mind. Our lunch is set up as “grab-and-go” — high quality Mexican food served quickly for your busy day downtown. For dinner we become a full-service restaurant. Our seasonal menus feature both contemporary and traditional Mexican cuisine. We pride ourselves on using as many fresh organic and local ingredients as possible to provide you with healthy, flavorful food as well as to support our local farmers.
