Charles E. Foley, M.D.

Dr. Charles Foley completed his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He is also well-known for having completed his residency in General surgery under the University of Connecticut Integrated Surgical Residency Program. Dr. Foley is currently in practice at the Central Maine Medical Center.
