Charles H. Edwards, III, CPA

Mr. Edwards formed Edwards & Associates, LLC, in November 2002, after serving for 6 years as Vice President, Tax of ITC Holding Company (ITC). Mr. Edwards brings more than 20 years of diversified accounting experience to E&A. He holds a Masters of Accountancy and a BS in Accounting, both from Auburn University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is an active member of the Auburn University School of Accountancy Advisory Board.
