Dale J. Lange, MD
Dr. Lange, is the Chairman of Neurology and Neurologist-in-Chief at Hospital for Special Surgery and a Professor of Neurology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Dr. Lange’s clinical practice is focused primarily on the diagnosis and management of diseases of nerve and muscle, including motor neuron disease (ALS), peripheral neuropathy (GBS, CIDP, diabetic, toxic, metabolic neuropathies), neuromuscular junction disorders (myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome, and botulism), and myopathies (polymyositis, inclusion-body myositis, and muscular dystrophies). He also performs nerve conduction, needle EMG, and single-fiber EMG studies to evaluate patients with focal and generalized neuromuscular disorders.
