David P. Rowell, MD

Specializing in advanced cataract surgery for over 25 years, Dr. David Rowell has enjoyed bringing the latest advances in vision correction to the Salem and Mid-Willamette Valley. Recent training using the newest designs in lens implant technology and custom LASIK vision correction allows Dr. Rowell to bring the highest level of surgical care to his patients. Dr. Rowell has completed numerous courses in refractive surgery and LASIK and performs all vision correction surgery at Eye Care. Dr. Rowell is an active Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the International Society of Refractive Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and has served as chairman of the Ophthalmology Department at Salem Hospital.
