Massage techniques she currently specializes include: deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, Trager massage, Myofascial Release. She also provides pregnancy massage and labor/delivery massage support in hospital and home births. She continues to enjoy helping others learn how massage therapy can help with daily stresses of life.
