Dirk’s experience and specialty practice is in the area of taxation with a primary emphasis on corporate, partnerships and LLCs, estate and gift, trusts, and individual taxation. Dirk began employment at Porter, Muirhead, Cornia & Howard in 2003. Dirk has assisted businesses ranging from large multi-state operations to small local single owner businesses. His practice not only focuses on tax filing compliance requirements, but also on tax planning strategies, and other management operations including consulting work to drive profitability in businesses. His experience extends to a variety of industries, including construction, restaurants, oil and gas, agricultural, manufacturing, retailing, and transportation. He also has experience providing financial reporting services of compiled and reviewed financial statements.
