Don, serves as the Loch, Elsenbaumer, Newton & Co.’s managing shareholder. He leads the firm’s accounting and auditing division and provides services to a diverse group of small and medium size businesses, municipalities and non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners.
